What is POWH3D?

POWH3D is a unique cryptocurrency exchange which allows you to trade Ethereum for P3D tokens. P3D tokens are ERC-20 tokens with a clever twist: Every P3D holder receives direct earnings in Ethereum every time that anyone else buys, sells or transfers the token based on the amounts of tokens (in % out of total amount minted) held.

This means that as soon as you hold P3D tokens, you are continuously accumulating "free" Ethereum distributed to you on every transaction based on the amount of P3D tokens you hold on the exchange! This exchange and token is made better by the fact that the entire system is powered by an open-source Ethereum smart contract ensuring transparency, security and trust.

Getting Started

To use POWH3D on mobile, you'll need to follow a few simple steps:

  1. Purchase Ethereum from Gemini
  2. Install TrustWallet for iOS or Android
  3. Exchange Ethereum for P3D
  4. Add Tokens to TrustWallet

Details for each step are also outlined below.

Purchase Ethereum from an Exchange

First, you need to use an exchange to purchase Ethereum:

  1. Go to Gemini or Coinbase, signup for an account.
  2. Setup a funding source such as your bank account. (Don't worry both of these exchanges are very well-known and secure)
  3. Purchase Ethereum (ETH) by exchanging your local fiat (i.e USD) for Ethereum.
  4. Purchasing ETH may take a few days for the first purchase, so now you may need to wait.

Install TrustWallet

Next, you will need to install TrustWallet, the popular Ethereum mobile wallet. Note this a separate popular project and is not directly affiliated with P3D in any way. Understand that you are not giving P3D devs any private information about you, all private info is stored on your phone only.

  1. Install TrustWallet on iOS or on Android
  2. Launch the TrustWallet app and select "Create Wallet"

We are listed as an official token in the Trustwallet marketplace under "Games", with full-scale functionality compatibility. You can send, receive and buy P3D with ease.

But can you trust TrustWallet? Yes, check out their release post here. Their codebase is open source and audited by a community of security experts

Exchange Ethereum for P3D Tokens

With TrustWallet installed, go to the "Browser" tab and visit the official mobile POWH exchange to receive P3D tokens by exchanging Ethereum for them using this mobile simple interface. You can bookmark this site for easy access by clicking the vertical "⋮" next to the URL address.

You purchase tokens by entering an amount of Ethereum into the textbox and hitting "Purchase". When you hit purchase, a dialog will come up. Be sure to set Gas Price (GWEI) to 2 or more, and then hit "Submit". Be wary because setting GWEI too low will cause the transaction to take a very long time to complete.

Once you receive P3D tokens, they are automatically stored for you on the official exchange or can be transferred to any wallet supporting Ethereum tokens. Check the content below to understand how this exchange works and why you want to own these tokens.

Add Tokens to TrustWallet

Now, in order to be able to view your P3D tokens in TrustWallet, follow these steps:

  1. Open the "Wallet" tab
  2. Click "+" button to add a token
  3. Select "PowH3D (P3D)" option in the list
  4. Confirm "0xB3775fB83F7D12A36E0475aBdD1FCA35c091efBe" as the Token Contract Address
  5. Confirm "P3D" for Token Symbol and enter "18" for the Decimals of Precision.
  6. Click "Add"

Now you should be able to see PowH3D in your tokens list!
